At Fitness Finders, Inc., our physical activity emphasis is dedicated to encouraging young people to be physically active and fit, now and in the future.
Our philosophy is that if young people are active in their youth, they will have enhanced youth and adult health. We also believe that if young people are active in their youth and have positive physical education, recreation and sport experiences, there is a much greater likelihood that they will be active as adults.
The schematic below demonstrates these relationships based upon current scientific evidence. |
