MyRewards is one way we say “thank you” to our loyal customers. Every time you make a purchase through our website, you’ll earn MyRewards points. You can then redeem your points for discounts on future online orders. It’s the equivalent of 2.5% back on every purchase!

How to Earn MyRewards Points

  1. Make sure you have created an account and are logged in.
  2. Place an order through our website.
  3. You will earn one MyRewards point for every dollar you spend (not including shipping and tax).
  4. Your MyRewards points will be available for redemption 15 days after your order has been shipped.

How to Redeem MyRewards Points

  1. To view your MyRewards, simply go to MyRewards.
  2. If you have at least 100 points available, you can redeem them.
  3. Enter the number of points you'd like to redeem then click "Redeem Now."
  4. The next time you place an online order, your discount will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I earn MyRewards points for phoned, faxed or mailed orders?
A: No. Only orders placed through www.fitnessfinders.net will accrue MyRewards points.

Q: What happens if I have to cancel an order or return or exchange an item?
A: When you cancel an online order or return an item from one, a corresponding number of points will be deducted from your MyRewards balance. When you exchange an item from an online order for a different one, your MyRewards balance will be updated to reflect the price of the second item.

Q: Can I use discounts from redeemed MyRewards points to cover the entire cost of an order?
A: Yes. You can place an order and have it shipped to you absolutely free if you have redeemed enough points to cover the cost of the order (including shipping and tax).

Q: How soon after I redeem MyRewards points can I use the discount?
A: Your discount will be active immediately after you redeem MyRewards points.

Q: Can I combine MyRewards points from multiple accounts?
A: No. If you order through multiple accounts (e.g. personal and organizational), your accounts will accrue MyRewards points separately and their balances cannot be combined.

Q: How do I view the amount of discount remaining from my redeemed MyRewards points?
A: Log in to our website, then go to My Account > View Gift Certificate Balance.

Q: What is the difference between my "Available Points" and "Pending Points"?
A: When you earn MyRewards points, they are placed in a pending queue for the first 15 days. After that time, they are available for redemption.

Q: Are there any purchases that are not eligible to earn MyRewards points?
A: Yes. Any purchase that is discounted due to redeemed MyRewards points is not itself eligible to earn MyRewards points.

MyRewards Terms & Conditions

When you take advantage of MyRewards (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions. Fitness Finders, Inc. reserves the right to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Program at any time and from time to time, without notice; for example, Fitness Finders, Inc. may change the Program benefits, MyRewards point balances, Program affiliations or redemption offers at any time without notice. Participants are responsible for accessing this site in order to stay informed of Program features applicable to Participants’ rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-800-789-9255 (8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday).

MyRewards points accrue and may be redeemed in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Fitness Finders, Inc. may further restrict the Program based on your place of residence.

When you obtain MyRewards points, you have obtained a limited license from Fitness Finders, Inc. as described in these Program Terms and Conditions. Accrued MyRewards points are not your property. MyRewards points are not transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant’s death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter, and any purported transfer or exchange of MyRewards credits is null and void. Accrued MyRewards points may not be combined with any other Program Participant’s MyRewards points. All accrued MyRewards points will be forfeited upon your withdrawal from or termination of the Program. MyRewards points have no monetary value and may not be combined with any other promotional offer, coupon or discount. MyRewards points may not be converted to cash or refunded, even upon cancellation of your account by you or termination or suspension of your account by Fitness Finders, Inc.

To the fullest extent allowable by law, Fitness Finders, Inc. retains ownership rights to any and all MyRewards points and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MyRewards points only as specifically designated by Fitness Finders, Inc. as part of the Program. In the event that your account is canceled or terminated by you or by Fitness Finders, Inc. for any reason, you will no longer have the right to use any MyRewards points stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of Fitness Finders, Inc. Once MyRewards points are removed from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at the sole discretion of Fitness Finders, Inc. Your only recourse and rights, if any, with respect to MyRewards points you have obtained is to redeem such MyRewards points in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions pursuant to eligible redemption offers at the sole discretion of Fitness Finders, Inc.

The availability of any feature or aspect of the Program cannot be guaranteed. The existence of a particular offer available for redemption of MyRewards points is not a commitment by Fitness Finders, Inc. to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future. The number of MyRewards points required for any redemption offer may increase at any time. The scope, variety and type of offers that may be available for redemption of MyRewards points may change at any time. Fitness Finders, Inc. has no obligation to continue making offers available for redemption of MyRewards points. In addition, Fitness Finders, Inc. may limit your use of MyRewards points stored in your account, including applying limits to the number of MyRewards points you may have stored in or credited to your account balance at one time, the number of MyRewards points you may redeem within a given time period, or the number of MyRewards points you may obtain per promotion. We also may remove MyRewards points from your account if they are posted to your account in connection with an activity that is subsequently voided, canceled or involves a return.

MyRewards points are not transferable between accounts, although it is permissible for one individual to have multiple accounts that accrue MyRewards points independently. Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any Program redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of participation and/or accrual of MyRewards points in the Participant’s account.

If you believe that you have validly obtained any MyRewards points that have not posted to your account, then you must contact us within 3 months after the date you claimed to have obtained the MyRewards points. You acknowledge and agree that we may require reasonable documentation to support your claim, and our resolution of your claim after our internal customer service review process will be considered binding and final.

All redemption offers are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply to specific redemption offers. After a Participant has redeemed MyRewards points, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant’s account. By redeeming MyRewards points, the Participant releases Fitness Finders, Inc., subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the Program or any redemption or use of MyRewards points. Fitness Finders, Inc. is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen merchandise or anything else obtained by redemption of MyRewards points.

Participants are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in the Program.

To the fullest extent allowable by law, Fitness Finders, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the Program or anything obtained by redemption of MyRewards points, and Fitness Finders, Inc. is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Program or use in any manner of anything obtained by redemption.

You acknowledge and agree that the results of our internal customer service review process will be considered binding and final with respect to any and all matters arising from or relating to the Program. Fitness Finders, Inc. may audit any Participant’s account at any time, with our without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with these Program Terms and Conditions. Fitness Finders, Inc., at its sole discretion, may cancel, suspend or otherwise limit your access to MyRewards points stored in your account if there is any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account. If Fitness Finders, Inc. cancels, suspends or otherwise limits your access to MyRewards points stored in your account, your right to use MyRewards points stored in your account immediately ceases. Fitness Finders, Inc. will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. Fitness Finders, Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.

The Program is subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited.
