This service makes back-to-school a breeze! Engage with your students as we setup your EZ Scan account.

Once purchased, we will email you forms with instructions to login to your EZ Scan account to quickly send us your student name files. You will also fill out the forms to agree to our terms and reply to our email to specify which program we will add the names to. The program may be existing or we will create a new one for you based on the name and dates you provide. Then, we create your classes and add your student names into your EZ Scan account.

When we are done, you only need to do small tasks like approving the service and adding awards and courses.

May be any file type – Word, PDF, XLSX, etc. EXCEPT we do not accept .numbers files (Apple’s spreadsheets – please save as a supported file type before sending).

Please allow up to 2 weeks for service to be complete once student lists are received.
