Attention Canadian buyers! - U.S. funds only. Make check payable in U.S.
dollars to Fitness Finders, Inc. Canadian order, $21.00 minimum shipping up to $140 in value. Thereafter: $140.01 to $200 and 20%, $200.01 to $350 and 18%, over $350 and 15%. Products are sent through the postal system to avoid brokerage fees. Any duty or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Standard Shipping - We provide 2 to 6-day delivery throughout the continental US. We make every effort possible to ship the same day (orders which arrive by noon Eastern time). If your order does not arrive in 7 business days call us (Tel: 1-800-789-9255). We are here to help you!
24 or 48 Hour Shipping - We do provide expedited service, but it is not
part of our normal shipping arrangements. Therefore, please follow these
guidelines:
• Phone your order before 11 am Eastern time.
• Be sure to request the date your order must be received.
• You will be billed for the cost of handling and premium-routed shipment.
Specialty Orders - A 10-15% surcharge will be placed on all specialty
orders. Also, allow one to two weeks for shipping on specialty orders. There is no
return on specialty orders.
Residential Shipping Fee - The awards provided in this catalog are
designed to motivate young people to be active, enhance their academic
achievement and develop character. Awards, therefore, are sold to schools,
churches, Ys, home schools and other youth organizations. If you choose to have
your order sent to your home address instead of your organization, you will be
assessed a $5 residential fee.
