Our Monthly Motivators™ are flexible, funky and fun! Each of the 9 Monthly Motivator awards are approximately 7/8" in size. They are designed to help young people demonstrate appropriate behaviors, improve attendance and achieve goals and benchmarks. With these Monthly Motivators, you decide what, when and how to reward young people. Each award is tied to a particular month--Apples for September, Pumpkins for October, Turkeys for November, Holiday Trees for December, Penguins for January, Hearts for February, Shamrocks for March, Raindrops for April and 26.2 or A+ for May.
 

Physical educators: put an extra flair into your Mileage Club® program, add a new twist to your Fitness Fridays or give prizes at the next fitness/wellness event. You can also use them with our new Mileage Club Challenge Series®--a series of monthly fun/runs. Principals, teachers and youth leaders reward young people for excellent attendance, adopting/maintaining desirable behaviors or achieving goals. Use your imagination on how best to use these.
