Calculator features three exercises: Straight-leg Push-ups, Bent-knee Push-ups and Wall Push-ups. For each exercise there is a detailed description of how to conduct that specific exercise.

Instructions: Set the indicator at Grade, Age or Weight (slides up and down). Look in the Tons Lifted window for that specific exercise and find the number closest to your total, without exceeding your total. The number of Tons Lifted is noted above.
