Testing is fun with medal rewards.

Many schools, Y’s, Boys and Girls Clubs, Camps, Scouting programs, Clinics and other youth groups have physical fitness testing as part of their physical education or activity programs. Agility tests usually include shuttle runs and other tests that require the participant to change direction quickly. While these tests are not usually linked to health benefits, they provide important information about a person’s athletic ability. Coupled with proper instruction and support, athletic ability is an important indicator of increasing a person’s participation in physical activity later in life.
